The Birth Of a Child and Love Of a Mother

Hello and how are all of my great friends ?
Fisherman wants to welcome you here with him.

To-day I want to talk about some beautiful things that have happened to me since joining the world of internet just 12 months ago. You may have read some of my very first blog posts that are now archived & I explained there how I struggled to learn the computer. Well I am glad to say that through a few beautiful friends efforts and my commitment I am better now then I was back then , and mind you I have in no way finished learning. What I have done though is managed to uncover the true power of the internet through affiliate marketing and am now in fullon mode building an internet business under the direct coaching and supervision of one of Australia's outstanding and successful internet coaching teams.. http://www.smartonlineprofitsystems.com.au/SeanRasmussen

Well I would say that was my first beautiful thing that happened to me in the last 12 months.

Moving on I must say there have been numerous events that have happened for me and my lovely wife Sandra for which I will be forever grateful, I will only touch on a few of the most signifficant ones here. I then was fortunate enough to enter into a group of internet marketers that were hand picked from Australia and England by none other than one of Australia's most successful internet marketers Mr. Sean Rasmussen and his beautiful wife Cherie. We are now personal friends of theirs as well as the other 22 students and their families from all over , more about this great and influential group another day and another post in the near future.

I have become intensely involved on the internet also with social natworking and have set up my own personal social networking site where people can join and mix with other like minded and positive thinking folks. This site has been a godsend for me and at first I had no idea what I was doing, now our members are nearing 100 and they have all become personal friends of mine through regular contact on this site.

Feel free to join me here on this site as you too can meet so many wonderful people from around the world ... http://www.lifeisgoodsocialnetwork.ning.com

A lot of people who now know me on a personal basis, know just how passionate I am about Children, good friends & nature. Well I have saved this little treat for you all until the end it is special to my heart and the person it is about.
About 9 months ago , I became good friends with a lovely young woman on the internet at this forum http://www.universalwealthcreation.com/forum/
And once again feel free to check this forum out it is full of wonderful people.

This young womans name is Viki and on the forum they know her as goodthingscome
now I want to let you know she has had to do the IVF program to have children and for an eternity was broken hearted on many occasions with failure after failure to become pregnant. Now with a never say die attitude a lot of practice and persistance, she was rewarded with her first child a little son she named Andrew.
Can you imagine how excited Viki & Shane were, I want to now share with you a poem that Viki had written prior to knowing she was getting little Andrew. This is the power of manifestation at it's best which Viki , Shane & I all believe in
OUR CHILD
By Vittoria McDonald

Our child
by: Vittoria McDonald a dear friend of Fisherman.

To my special little child, The day has finally come. When
you ask those wonderful questions Of how you became our son.
You see your story is quite different, But very much the
same. It happened the way most things do, Born from love
heartache and pain. Unable to have you the way others do, We
tried and tried and found our way. It cost lots of money
sweat and tears We cried and cried for what felt like years.
But our day of mourning has finally past. Celebrations are
here, our day at last. So here's to you our pride and joy,
And to the world of IVF who gave us our boy.

This is Andrew, he is a little champion and thank you Viki & Shane for a job well done. Oh !! now wait this is the most exciting part, I spoke with Viki yesterday and she has informed me success has come yet once again. Andrew is going to get a little brother in 4 weeks time....HOW COOL IS THAT... Below is an ultrasound of the soon to be born little brother for Andrew...taken at 33wks.. Just love it !!!

Well my friends these are just some beautiful things I am sharing and I would love to do a follow up with Viki once the big event has passed. Thank you all for reading my post it is special to me and if you have enjoyed it share it with others and show appreciation with a digg.

Hey.....life is good..... and gratitude & belief will deliver all

During this horror of the Victorian Fires

We are all aware by now of the devastating bushfires in Victoria Australia, so many have been effected and I came accross an anonymos email that I would like to share.

Hello everyone,
During this horror of the Victorian Fires, I'm just wondering if everyone can include call centre agents/telephone operators in their prayers, please? During my shift today, every agent handled calls from distraught people searching desperately for loved ones, friends and employees. Some callers had already lost folk and were now frantically looking for others. For many callers, we were the only number that would answer.

Our training doesn't cover how to handle grief stricken people, many sobbing, and our agents were affected deeply by stories they heard first-hand. Naturally, the emergency services of police, ambulance, fire brigades, hospitals, OOO, SES and Red Cross hot-lines were totally overwhelmed with callers and many people had been trying for hours to ring but had been unable to get through. They then turned to us, at 1234, as they knew they would be answered by a human who they could talk to and hopefully get some answers from.

One agent received a call from a woman saying she was in a house surrounded by fire, with no way out and what should she do? Whilst the agent was talking with her, the line went dead. That agent will forever be wondering what happened to that poor woman, as we all will. I took a call from a woman who's daughter, who lived at Kinglake, had sent her a text message, late yesterday, saying, "The house is going" followed shortly by another that simply said, "Pray for me".

She had been unable to contact her daughter, or heard from her, since. I had another call from a young man, who was holidaying in NSW but lived at Maryville, and was trying to be brave and not sound too concerned that he was unable to raise anyone at home or his boss. He kept trying to convince himself that his boss would answer his mobile phone later as the boss never went anywhere without his phone.

He just couldn't accept that, maybe, some of those he was calling would never answer the phone again. He wouldn't take any number to call but, in the end, he let me sms some hotline numbers through to his mobile, which he could ring later, when he was more able to cope with the reality of the situation. We were being asked for directions from people trying to get away from the area, but were being confronted by blocked roads and wanting to know which road to take to get around it.

We had no idea which roads were blocked, or even where the fires were actually burning, so could ony hope and pray we were sending them on a safe path and not straight at one of the fire zones. I had a young girl, who decided she had to go home to Kinglake, just to make sure her family and everything were alright.

I gave her the directions and tried to convince her to stay in Melbourne, but she was determined she had to see for herself. I can only hope she was turned around at a roadblock and never entered the danger zone. We had calls from people, frantically trying to access water from their tanks but were unable to, as the powerlines had gone and their pumps wouldn't work. So many are so unprepared.

We handled calls like these all day, knowing those coming on to replace us, would be confronted by the same, for their entire shift and most of us have to go back tomorrow to cope with it again. Many of our agents are young and, therefore, have very few life skills learnt from experience so have absolutely no idea how to cope with grief/distress, especially others'.
I guess, I'm a little more prepared than most, for this type of situation as I completed the Lifeline Telephone Counsellors Course in 2001 and worked 2 x 5 hour shifts a week for almost 2 years, on a volunteer basis, so I coped much better than most, and was able to give very limited assistance to other agents. That doesn't mean I'm not deeply affected by handling these calls. Many tears were shed in our centre today, mine among them, with many more to come.

Our stories are probably nothing compared to those heard by the emergency services but we're still here, coping as best we can, and will continue to be. We don't just take a call, then wander off for coffee. One call ends and the next drops in straight away, with it's own new challenges. I take an average of just over 400 calls per shift. On a day like today, when over 3/4 of our calls were regarding the fire zones, that is alot of others' grief and distress to cope with. Please keep us, the thousands of call centre agents and telephone operators, in your thoughts and prayers.

Thankfulness should not only occur at Thanksgiving time

Well friends to-day I went for my usual morning walk along the riverside in the bush where I live, and thinking just how grateful I am to be able to live in such a beautiful spot & have my health to be able to enjoy life as I do.
There are so many things in this world we should be grateful for, yet so many take for granted and then complain how bad they have it, I think continuously about the children in Gaza being blown apart & all the children in Africa that are perishing daily.

A good friend showed me how to keep a gratitude book and list 5 things on a daily basis and to this day I still do it and never run out of things to be grateful for, as uncanny as it is and what prompted me to write this post was on arriving home I found an article on just this subject. Please allow me to share it with you & as the author also states at the end feel free to share this.

Thankfulness

This morning I read a thought-provoking article about being thankful for our health. The author encouraged readers to look for the positive aspects of their life rather than the negative.

One point was the struggle many of us have with our hair. This may be more of a female problem than male, but I knew exactly what she meant. I have done everything possible to avoid the straight, fine hair I was given including perms, ratting, curlers, dye-jobs (for extra body), and weird hairstyles.

The writer’s point was - we should be thankful we have hair. There are many people who have lost their hair due to circumstances such as chemo or heredity.

Thankfulness should not only occur at Thanksgiving time. No matter what is going on in our life, and many people right now are struggling to survive in these difficult economic times, there is at least one thing we can be thankful for each day.

Years ago I read about keeping a daily gratitude journal. The directions were to list three to five entries in a notebook or journal each night, those things we were grateful for that day. I extended my list to ten items and rarely could not come up with that number. I kept the gratitude journal for years, but in the last year or so, it has dropped off the evening to-do list.

This year, as of today, I am going to resurrect the gratitude journal. The more difficult the times we are in, the more we need to look at the blessings in our life. No matter how dire the situation we face, we can usually come up with at least one or two reasons to feel blessed that day.

I encourage you to start a gratitude journal for 2009. Let it carry you through the next year in spite of any trials and troubles you may face. By the end of next year, you will see how that journal helped you through each day.

The article was written by Lynda Murray. It is an excellent article and I encourage you to start your own gratitude list and add to it regularly, it makes a massive difference to my life these days and how I count my blessings instead of focusing on what I don't have.

ShareThis with others and if you like it remember to give it a digg, until we meet again take care.

hey.......life is good......

Our Wet Season in it's Glory

Well just like most of you we had a great christmas , catching up with lots of friends & family. All our children are grown so Sandra & I got to visit our sons house christmas morning to watch the big event of wide eyed children receiving presents from under the christmas tree.
From there we visited a few of our close friends in the city of Darwin & headed back home to where we live 100km from Darwin at a village called Adelaide River, which is our little paradise surrounded by beauty & nature and is situated on the actual Adelaide river.
This time of year is our wet season in the northern territory of Australia & it is the best time of year in my opinion as nature puts on a magnificent display of what this universe truly has to offer us. To me the feeling of being alive is strongest when I become engaged with nature first hand.
So over christmas & new year I sat back, relaxed and watched many storms with the heavy rain on the tin roof and the absolutely amazing lightening displays which can be scary at times for some , I personally get an adrenalin rush from it all and like I said before I feel so alive.

Most of the storms are in the evenings, so I go on my early morning walks along the river bank, totally surrounded by birds , trees and nature in aother one of her magic routines of beauty. Sandra & I found this little paradise on our travels only 2yrs ago and I now know why we have bought a home here and settled.
Twice over christmas my friend and I went fishing within 10 km of home and caught barramundi & native perch as well as some nice black bream. Then we also went wild pig hunting with in 10km of home and caught 4 pigs , as I am an outdoors person who loves nature & loves storms , this is why I love where I live.

There is so much beauty in the northen territory in the wet season which the average tourist never gets to experience because they only come here in the dry season, when the countryside is dry and very little of natures best are on display.
I would like to share more of my paradise with you all over this year so keep your eyes peeled for upcoming posts from time to time when I want to take you on a tour of what I now call my home and back yard.

HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL and see you soon..... life is good.......

Allen Sentance (FISHERMAN) Gives Thanks

UNIVERSAL GRATITUDE

Well my friends the end of 2008 is near and yet another year of our amazing journey in life has passed. To-day I want to get off our regular subjects, only to give thanks to friends & events in my life over the past 12 months . The subjects around Kenya & my Friend Jared Okama Ondieki, no doubt have been a big part of my life in the last 6 months and they are about to become a major part in my life from this point on, as I am about launch another form of assistance for underprivaleged & orphaned children the world over. I will give you this link for now , only so you can check out the new Blogg launch this week. http://considerthechildren.uwcblog.com I don't want to spoil it so I will leave the details for you until 2009, when we get serious !!!

I now want to thank all my friends especialy my new found friends I have developed on the internet as well the people who have been giving support & guidance to me as I venture into the world of the internet on a major scale, where things are beginning to heat up and get the old FISHERMAN quite excited !!!
My friends know who they are and where they fit into my life, I am not about to start naming all of them as this is a blog post, not a book. I also feel a best selling book will come from my adventures in life, as not to share it with the world would be a crime. Yes Allen Sentance has led a very colorful & exciting life, and I have reached a point in my life where I now know what I am about & what my true passion in life is.

I want to give thanks to my darling wife & best mate Sandra (NANNY) who has supported me more than any person in my life, and has never ever complained about anything or asked for more. Why I emphasise my gratitude for NANNY is because I had a bad year with anxiety & depression which without her support may have beaten me. I am excited about life now as I have discovered myself and my purpose & now know that once you can answer those internal questions of yourself & start to love .....yes love yourself ,that is when your life starts. I had over the years been very hard on myself and set too high of a standard , that I had no hope of living up to & then took it out on myself mentally when I failed. Hey.......life is good....... I am Allen Sentance (FISHERMAN) now and Aint nobody gunna steal my DREAMS away.
Now I want to give thanks and appreciation to the Many organisations I have had the pleasure to find & become involved with as a member of this year, some are charity based, some are internet social groups , and some are business orientated.
The one that has had the most impact on my life thus far is a business group run by a now personal friend of mine, thanks for everything Sean. I also have a group of friends in the Northern Territory where I live, who I see regularly and go fishing and hu

nting with. Just before I finish up this Gratitude & thankyou post I want to tell you how much I appreciate Nature, the Universe , my Health, my Family.

NEWS FLASH !!!!!! From Jared Akama Ondieki

While I was chatting with Jared this week he informed me of the following, Allen I am now running as KENYA"S Presidential Candidate 2012.
Wow , This young man is so passionate about changing the future for his people & I for one feel his passion which inturn inspires me. He also has set up a small support group & has asked me to be personally involved, an administration position I have accepted.
I will advise you further ,of my role as it all becomes a little clearer. I am just so proud to be able to help Jared as one of my very own passions has been to help children, where & when I can. Jared himself understands his peoples needs as he was very poor and struggled in very bad conditions & slums while young & growing up. He has been actively been involved with helping his people for 8yrs now.

Jared said his calling now is to lead his people, and he is well educated, young, has the VISION required and the support of his people who have grown to trust and respect him. I know all this to be true since becoming involved with Jared as He gets his hands dirty working along side the effected citizens, while at the same time giving them the hope required to continue & without a doubt is a doer, not a talker. So he is genuinely standing for this leadership for his people and no monetory status has entered his mind at all.

I will in the next couple of weeks be starting another blog, especially to keep you all up to date as best I can of Jared's , movements both as a candidate and more importantly his causes.
Then I will be also setting up a support group, which I have discussed with Jared for the children who have been orphaned, deserted or living in poor conditions. To get it up and running quickly before Christmas I have decided to set this new group up internally at my social networking site . Here is the site Called Life Is Good where you join up http://www.lifeisgoodsocialnetwork.ning.com
Once you have joined Life Is Good then join Jared and me at the new group which we will call "Consider The Children " It is ready to join now and we are still organising the agenda, which we will advise all members of as they join. Also I am hoping Jared is getting back to me shortly with information of a christmas surprise for these children we may be able to all contribute too. I will put this information in the "Consider The Children " group.

Please show your support for Jared by Joining us now and we will have some happy children, if that was all we did for them for christmas, think how much brighter there world would seem just to know that some one cares.

hey.......life is good........ Join Us Here Now
